    • Upstream the river, crossing the Tibetan plateau, sludge inflates the Chang Jiang. Due to an intense deforestation and desertification, soil is friable. Weakened banks permit landslides. Coupled with land overuse, sediment decreases the water velocity.
    • Each year, 500 million tons are deposited in the river gorges, including the retention lake. The pressure should affect its hydroelectric potential up to 30%.
    • Furthermore, sediments accumulation exerts a strong pressure on the structure and could lead to its cracking.
    • Because the Eurasian and the Yangtze plate are not stable, the risk of an earthquake does exist. In recent years, low-magnitude earthquakes have produce landslides.
    • In the event of a large-scale one, the Dam breaking could happen.
    • Downstream the river, sediment played before a role of natural fertilizer. Because of their decrease, agrochemicals use should be now required. So it will intensify water pollution.

CHAOYANG QU ISSUE

As of 2014, with an area of 475 km2, Chaoyang had a total population of about 4,000,000,making it the most populous in the Beijing Municipality.

Today, the consumption of energy (REC) heating is on a dramatic rise.

In addition, o growing oriented income levels may contribute to a rapid increase of (REC). Because of the supposed consequences and its related pollution trend increase, we have defined a plan to reduce the energy consumption in a way to improve the life of the residents of the Cháoyáng Qū.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING 住宅建筑能耗 WITH A SUBSTANTIAL DIMINUTION OF CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2)

MAIN PROBLEM

Residential energy consumption (REC) is the second largest energy use category (12%) although it lags behind the industry by far.

In a typical Chinese household, well over 20 % the money spent on fuel bills goes towards providing heating and hot water.

QUESTIONS ?

(1) How to reduce the increasing cost of Energy Consumption in housing communities ?

(2) How to control the energy consumption and at the same time safeguard the environment ?

Thanks to a proactive policy of energy saving and innovative technology (As for example, a software equipment regulation mechanism able to improve the performance on heating equipment) solutions exist.

SCHEME PROJECT (dà gāng 大纲)

(1) CHAOYANG QU MAPING – cè huì 测绘 朝阳区

(a) We have already realized a precise estimates of the today situation in the Cháoyáng Qū 朝阳区, here as following :

The Global electricity price per Kwh is between 0.4377 to 0,67 Yuan Ren-Min-Bi. Here in our estimates: 0,5 Yuan per kwh.

Those relevant outcomes come from the following figures, price in China :

Accordingly, the possible economy is about: 10 billions of Yuan in which the District of Chaoyang Qu could collect 10 % as a source of revenue, so 1 billion of Yuan.

(b) In the second part, during two months, with the help of a local partnership, we will conduct a more complete survey according to the following steps:

Designing a city-wide questionnaire survey upon heating equipment, street by street

Measuring the annual fuel utilization of housing communities

Establishing consumption categories and GHG emissions accounting methodology

Data processing and analysis of the survey results, including influencing factor analysis and profiling of low, medium and high GHG emission households and communities.

(2) TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION – IMPLEMENT A SOFTWARE DEVICE ON BOILERS guō lú 锅炉鍋爐

A regulation mechanism improves the performance on boiler equipment.

As an automatic device, the Eco R DJP ENERGY is acting directly on the burner in a way to adjust the power requested cutting down the energy consumption from 15 to 20 % (all details are available upon request).

(3) CHAOYANG QU MUNICIPLALITY INVOLMENT 朝阳区

The Department of the Urban Planning implements a strict program through a precise agenda of saving energy in housing communities all over the city.

The urban planning bureau defines an indicative energy savings target ;

For such purpose, the urban planning bureau relies on a complete a study of the listed boilers of the building city, their volume availability, a study of deployment of saving energy device ;

An authoritarian and a stringent plan program is launched ;

The Municipality will find a new source of income.

(4) HOW TO CONVINCE THE RESIDENTS ?

(5) AN EXAMPLE, SAVING ENERGY IN ONE APARTMENT

Here, the details for one apartment:

We cut our total energy use from 93,000 kWh per year to 38,000 kWh per year.

This is saving us 20 000 Yuans per year in energy costs, and has reduced our carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 17 Tons !
